Why do people append -licious to almost anything?

  3. wahaha.. hmm.. i’ll agree sa sinabi ni “olga”… it makes them yummier… delicious daw in a way or pra kapansin-pansin sila…hehe! eh, i have a question… why do most people append -ness to almost anything? coolness! hotness! ewan-ness?!

  4. Nag lalagay lang nmn ako ng -licious suffix sa name ko kasi it sounds like “Ang delcious” eh…diba diba diba?!

    Haha! I didn’t realize that one before. I admit I do that most of the time. I guess it’s for all those descriptive things you can’t turn into substance — just turn adjectives into nouns, since nouns themselves do not say much like what adjectives do. ๐Ÿ˜›

  6. oo nga, why do most people append -ness to almost anything? pati ate mo ginagawa ‘to e. ๐Ÿ˜› not that it’s a bad thing. (lei, in case nababasa mo ‘to, wala akong sinasabing masama yun. peace tayo. hehehe…;D) well, i find nothing wrong in it in fact, except for spelling and grammar. :p

    anyway, regarding the -licious suffix, don’t know, don’t care. hehehe… ๐Ÿ™‚

    Ehehe … You have a better response to maple’s question than mine. That’s ok. Well, I’ve already answered it earlier in response to maple’s comment. Maybe we can ask my sister what is it for her. ๐Ÿ™‚

    1) para astig pakinggan
    2) para lumaki o dumami
    3) para sosi..
